Just recently, the Volkswagen Group of America revealed that it plans to introduce a new all electric compact SUV in 2020 based on the I.D. Crozz concept vehicle which was displayed at the 2017 LA Auto Show. The upcoming I.D. Crozz Concept is going to be designed as an affordable and ultimately technologically advanced electric SUV, providing prospective EV owners a chance to own a vehicle that's not just electric but also fun to drive, highly versatile and entirely a Volkswagen.

Just recently, Car and Driver magazine released their "10Best" list for 2018, and for the twelfth consecutive year, the Golf lineup was featured, earning a spot against 65 other vehicles. The list recognizes the Volkswagen Golf, e-Golf, Golf Alltrack, Golf GTI, and Golf R, attributing it to their tremendous versatility, value and performance.

Just recently, it was announced that the new 2018 Volkswagen Atlas won the Cars.Com Three-Row SUV challenge and was named "Best three-row SUV of 2017! The Atlas was one of four vehicles that went through intensive testing to determine which one is the best fit for families and other three-row SUV shoppers, besting the Chevy Traverse, Honda Pilot, and Toyota Highlander!

Volkswagen knows that the future is electric, and they know the importance of staying ahead of the pack. Dr. Herbert Diess, the CEO of Volkswagen, says, "The Volkswagen Brand will be investing 6 billion euros in electric mobility over the next five years." While Tesla is the currently the biggest name in the electric auto world, Diess isn't worried, stating "Anything Tesla can do, we can surpass." Those aren't just empty words; the concept VW I.D. Crozz shows that Volkswagen really knows what they're doing.

Some combinations are so iconic that they became ingrained in the public consciousness. Peanut butter and Jelly. Salt and pepper. Batman and Robin. Volkswagen aims to add another one to the list. If this works out, soon everybody will associate tiger and iguana. We weren't so such about that one at first, but after a quick test drive in the Volkswagen Tiguan, we think this might be the best combination yet.
