While my initial experience with VW as a brand was challenging—having owned two Atlas Cross Sports within three months, both plagued by electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic issues—Mitchell VW stood by me every step of the way. Their team went above and beyond to assist with repairs, maintained clear and consistent communication, provided loaner vehicles when needed, and ultimately facilitated a VW buyback and repurchase of another VW, this time an Atlas. At no point did I feel left in the dark; they were completely transparent and genuinely committed to ensuring my satisfaction. Even with the difficulties early on, Mitchell VW prioritized doing what was right for me. Their dedication and customer service have earned my highest recommendation for anyone considering a VW.
