Mitchell VW is hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. They are genuinely attentive and truly care about the customer experience. I recently had a significant issue with my vehicle, and they went above and beyond to resolve it. The team worked seamlessly with VW to get me into another vehicle without any financial impact — and they did it like it was no big deal. The service department is simply spectacular. Scott knows his business, and it shows through every member of his team. I’ve never been one to praise dealerships because they rarely make you feel valued, but Mitchell VW is refreshingly different. This family-run business treats their customers with the same values they hold dear, day in and day out. A huge thank you to Jeremy, Josh, Scott, Zach, Jessica, Jeff, and Dave for being supportive and helpful when things went south with my car. They always had my back, and it truly meant a lot.
